1. Service Warranty Coverage
Kugelblitz provides a limited warranty on selected services performed by our technicians.
This warranty covers:

Issues directly caused by our workmanship

Installation errors related to parts installed by Kugelblitz

Service-related faults reported within the warranty period
Warranty coverage begins from the date the service is completed.
2. Warranty Period (Services)
Unless otherwise stated:

Standard servicing & cleaning: 7 days

Hardware installation & upgrades (SSD, RAM, etc.): 14 days
Warranty duration will be confirmed at the time of service.
3. Digital Products Warranty
For digital products sold by Kugelblitz:

Lifetime access digital products are covered by a 2-year warranty

Access issues
-
Activation problems
-
Delivery errors
-
This warranty does not cover:

Third-party platform policy changes

Account bans caused by user actions

Service interruptions outside our control
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Pre-existing device issues

Physical damage, liquid damage, or power surges

Software issues unrelated to our service

Devices repaired or modified by third parties after service

Customer-supplied parts

Normal wear and tear
5. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:

Contact Kugelblitz within the warranty period

Provide proof of service or purchase

Allow inspection of the device or product
If approved, we will:

Repair the issue at no additional cost, or

Provide a replacement or alternative solution
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
6. Warranty Limitations

Warranty applies only to the original customer

Coverage is non-transferable

Kugelblitz’s liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided
7. Updates to Warranty Policy
Kugelblitz reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Updates will apply to future services and purchases.
