What services does Kugelblitz offer?
We provide laptop and computer servicing, deep internal cleaning, SSD & RAM upgrades, game console maintenance, software, digital products, and custom service requests.
Do I need an appointment?
Services are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins and unscheduled drop-offs are not accepted.
Where are you located?
We serve customers across Brunei Darussalam and are based in Kg Sungai Akar. Contact our Tech Team to arrange your service or drop-off.
Servicing & Repairs
How long does servicing take?
Most services are completed within 1–3 working days. Express service may be available.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Warranty duration depends on the service type. Please refer to our Service Warranty page for details.
Will my data be safe?
We strongly recommend backing up your data. Kugelblitz is not responsible for data loss.
Hardware & Consoles
Can I bring my own SSD or RAM?
Yes. We install customer-supplied parts, but warranty does not apply to customer-provided hardware.
Which consoles do you service?
We service PlayStation (PS4/PS5), Xbox (One, Series S/X), and Nintendo Switch.
Digital Products
Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Do digital products have a warranty?
Yes. Lifetime access digital products come with a 2-year warranty covering access or activation issues.
