How to Top Up Digi Prepaid:

Method 1: Direct Top-Up

1. Send us the mobile phone number to be topped up.
   ⚠️ Please ensure the number is correct. Top-ups sent to an incorrect number are not refundable.

2. Please wait while the top-up amount is processed and loaded to your number.

3. You will receive a confirmation once the top-up is successful.

Method 2: USSD Code

1. Dial *128# on your phone. Select Reload.

2. Enter your reload PIN. Confirm to complete the reload.

Method 3: MyDigi App

1. Open the MyDigi App

2. Tap Reload

3. Enter the PIN

4. Confirm to complete the reload
